Cradle-to-Career Senior Project Coordinator Job Description
Reinvent South Stockton Coalition (RSSC) is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented individual to advance the organization’s education and workforce development initiatives in the South Stockton Promise Zone (SSPZ).
The Cradle-to-Career Senior Project Coordinator will be responsible for managing programs that fall under RSSC’s C2C umbrella, comprised of four Result Areas: Early Childhood Education, K-12 Educational Success, Transition to Adulthood, and Workforce Access. Duties will include planning and facilitating partner meetings, supporting day-to-day communications, administering grants, and supervising staff.
Prior experience in education or economic development and workforce development is appropriate for this position. Candidates must have a Bachelor’s degree in Community Development, Social Work, Public Administration or other related field. 3+ years of leadership experience in a collective impact initiative, promise zone, and/or accountable community for health initiative is preferred.
