RSSC Executive Director Job Description
We seek a dynamic and innovative Executive Director who deeply understands and believes in community-led transformation to grow our capacity to facilitate data-driven, collaborative change efforts. The Executive Director will manage and oversee the success of the RSSC’s collective impact work, provide strategic direction, guide and supervise the staff team, and ensure that community work and grant deliverables are successfully implemented. The Executive Director will work with coalition partners, residents, staff, outreach workers, volunteers, government officials, funders, and consultants to refresh and renew a comprehensive cradle to career continuum strategy for South Stockton that is transparent, incorporates principles of reciprocal accountability, and uses the Results Based Accountability (RBA) framework. The Executive Director will always prioritize the human capital and strengths of residents, students, and parents to the development of the vibrant civic engagement groups that provide a voice for South Stockton residents. Lastly, the Executive Director will oversee a dynamic and entrepreneurial team that supports all the objectives of the coalition and initiatives.
